We are so excited about the upcoming year! Every year we have a great opportunity to work with fabulous couples and families, and last year was no exception. I was so lucky to get to go to Houston again this year, which makes it three years in a row.  Although at least this time it was in June instead of August, so the weather wasn’t too extreme, only 97 degrees. Russ Dixon, their photographer, and I had a blast shooting together again, it hardly felt like work at all.

I really enjoyed working with Kristin and Jason and their families.  They are so happy together and just full of energy.  I’m really excited to edit their reception, it was held at a car dealership, and it was decorated so well, the food was great.  So thanks again to their families for having me out.   Hope you enjoy the video!

This was such a fun reception–it was held at a really cool place, the Paraiso Maravilla in Houston.  They had lots of fun dancing and crazy bride and groom games to see how compatible they are.  It was really funny.  Plus, they had a Utah Jazz cake alongside their traditional wedding cake, so that was awesome!  Go Jazz!  Anyways, it turned out great, and I hope you enjoy it!  You can also see their temple film here.

I was blessed once again to travel to Houston in August this year. I really love the Houston Temple, it’s a gorgeous building inside and out. Lindsey and Jake were a great couple to work with and I really enjoyed making this great temple film for them. At the end of August, I was fortunate enough to be asked to travel to Houston, Texas and film a wedding video for Michelle and Joshua at the Houston Temple.  I love this wedding film because it showcases a really great couple and their relationship, and it also showcases a beautiful temple (I’m a bit partial to it since I served my mission in Houston 10 years ago).
